- Bathrooms - Clean and disinfect all floors and surfaces; remove lime-scale from any tiles, toilets, baths, showers, sinks, and shower doors or screens; wipe down all mirrors, steel fixtures, skirting and frames
- Bedrooms - Vacuum/mop all floors; clean inside windows; remove litter; dust and clean all sills, ledges, skirting, and frames; clean all cupboards/wardrobes; remove cobwebs; wipe down doors; clean mirrors
- Living Areas & Hallways- Vacuum/mop all floors; clean mirrors; clean inside windows; wipe down all frames, skirting boards and fixtures; clean and sanitise all surfaces; remove cobwebs; remove litter; clean out cupboards
- We give a guarantee that our end of lease clean will be accepted by your landlord and real estate agent.
- Detergents & equipment are included.
Things we don't do as standard but can do upon request in advance
- Building materials, paint and waste removal
- Lifting heavy items and furniture
- Laundry cleaning service
- Areas not accessible - such as ceilings
- Washing dishes
If you require any of the items above to be done please make it clear when making the booking so our cleaners can come prepared. If no advance notice is given we can’t guarantee that our cleaners will be able to preform all the non-standard work listed above.

We can provide any number of cleaners needed to get the job done quickly, whether it is 2 cleaners or 10, and the rate per cleaner is the same. This allows the cleaning to be done quickly and effectively without long delays.

Our cleaning is done to a standard to help ensure that your deposit is returned unless the property has sustained damage during your tenancy. No. Our cleaners do not move furniture, other heavy objects, or items that are fragile and may be broken very easily. These items must be moved before our arrival. Our cleaners will assist when possible if needed in moving small lightweight items that are sturdy and not fragile.
Some objects are too heavy or too fragile for our cleaners to deal with. Glass knickknacks, heavy tables, and other similar items are difficult or fragile and our cleaners can not take responsibility for moving them.
